Two men have been arrested over a tipper truck crash in Bath that left four people dead, including a four-year-old girl.
The 30-tonne truck, which careered down Lansdown Lane hitting vehicles and pedestrians, crashed on 9 February.
A 19-year-old man is being held on suspicion of causing death by dangerous driving.
Mitzi Steady, 4, died, along with three men. Mitzi's grandmother remains critically ill.
Avon and Somerset Police said the 19-year-old suspect and another man, 28, were being held on suspicion of manslaughter by gross negligence.
Phil Allen, 52, and Stephen Vaughan, 34, from Swansea and Robert Parker, 59, of Cwmbran, also died when the truck crashed into the Volvo car they were in.
An investigation into what caused the truck to crash is continuing.
Detectives are looking at the aggregate load it was carrying as well as any potential mechanical faults.
